Opy will transfer payment into a merchant’s nominated bank account the next business day. Following this, regular bank processing times apply. Depending on your banking institution, funds are generally available within 1-3 business days.
In some instances, such as public holidays, bank transfers may be delayed. If your payment is outstanding for more than 3 business days, please contact the Opy Success Center at 800-983-2533 (Mon - Fri between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm ET) or email merchant@opy.com.
